Question. On how to use a gift card I recieved

My daughter send me a gift card for Mother's Day.I recieved the card in the mail,no numbers on it,so what do I do to be able to use it.I saw many people also recieved never could use it.Hope this is not a scam

@bewise   Are there numbers on back?  Most gift card are that way.  You may need to scratch off the last group of numbers when you key the card number into the computer.

Ask your daughter or call the cr phone # on the back of the card.

My Kids get me Amazon cards. Most cards say tear off a strip, or rub a coin across and the numbers and letters are hidden there. Good luck.

The answer I recieved from the social team,was account closed.This card never left my home so how did the account close?
