Question On Free Exchange Policy

Does this policy apply to home items? say you bought one color but when you got it you really needed a different color in the item and wanted a exchange?

Yes it does apply to home goods as long as the color you wish to exchange for is on offer.

Thanks @Beth-QVC....could you put a note on my order....H208606....I just sent these back...on way to you....and requested the Gold color instead.  I did put that on my return form but I haven't had any luck with that working on exchanges with that free shipping policy.
