I wasn't really sure where to post this but thought someone here could answer this question.  I need to return a pair of shoes.  I'm following the directions, and it looks like the slip that you put in the box with the shoes doesn't have your name on it anywhere.  Is that correct?  On the back of the slip is a bar code but no name.  The part that has your name and info on what you bought is on the small slip that you keep.  Am I doing this correctly?

The bar code has all the information needed.
