free shipping - $60 off with new account and Q card so I signed up and ordered
Now QVC won’t honor the order
nothing but excuses
QVC blames bank but I contacted them and card approved with $3,000 limit
I’ll cancel my Q card and QVC account as well as my wife’s

@fran47    I don't understand why they won't honor the order & what excuses?  So you didn't receive the mixer?  How long have you known this & why post about this today?

Christmas Day probably isn't the best to try and get this issue resolved...

I think at this point QVC has been called every unethical name in the book.  And (almost) always it seems by a new poster.

Although sometimes we get the "I've been a QVC customer for 35 years!"  But still a new poster.  We just never get the true facts in this type of post.

However, if this is really someone's first experience shopping with QVC, it's probably better that s(he) does go elsewhere.

I can only say that in somewhere around 35 years of shopping with them (here and in England), I have never found them underhanded or unethical.  Quite the opposite.

@Venezia

Agree 100%.

As for first time complaining posters you'd think that since they were able to find us they'd come back & thank the posters that replied. Never happens. It's too bad because for most of us our first instinct is to offer help.

Something doesn't add up, whether they're bots, competition plants who knows.

@fran47.  Do you realize this board is read and written by customers only?  We don't do customer service and can't help you.

Wow.  I never fail to be disgusted by the hatefulness of this forum.   Apparently none of you were ever a "NEW POSTER??"  Displaying the kindness and good cheer of the season; you can all be depended upon for that.

Fran47--sorry you didn't get the mixer.  I buy directly from KitchenAid; they have good sales on their website.   Happy holidays and sorry for the "welcome" you received on this "CUSTOMER CARE" section of the QVC forum.
