QVC social manager and hosts FB pages

Occasionally I read something about a post on a host's FB page while reading other forums and go take a look see. Today I checked Shawn's page. She mentioned she has a QVC social manager to help her. Reading further down the page I saw some pervert posting on her page about her feet. Someone needs to either monitor these pages carefully or QVC needs to backoff making them post personal pictures and details of their lives.

I remember Lisa being stalked in the past. FB can draw lots of unwanted attention and to the women hosts who have to have FB pages, it is totally inviting nutjobs.

Disclaimer: I read these forums and several others but have not participated up til now. I was disgusted by the comments on her FB page and felt it needed to be addressed by TPTB.

@PinkSunset- I read that too and sent a note to QVC....I am not a fan of social media as I was the object of a stalker's obsession. I hate to use the word victim but I dealt with it for many years until the bas***d died in 2000, even after I married. Social media is a wonderful thing and keeps many in touch with families, is an excellent tool in business and helps many severely disabled people remain involved but users put too much information out there and too many perverts troll the sites. It's too easy to find someone's whereabouts based on postings....

Thank you for elevating this unfortunate post to us. We monitor all of QVC's social pages and the forums so there are times when we miss content that should be removed.

Posting here in the Customer Care category is a great way to elevate anything to our team that you feel needs to be addressed.

I would like to make sure the inappropriate post was removed from Shawn Killinger's Facebook page. Can you tell me what was the subject of the post from Shawn Killinger's page to help me confirm the post is no longer present?

@Keyai sorry, I've been at work all day and just seeing your response. It looks like someone found those posts and removed them already. I didn't see them after a quick glance. thank you

There is a lot of weird and gross stuff that is posted on the hosts' pages. Generally it is taken care of pretty quickly. There are some very weird people out there.
