I called Customer Service last night. They stated that the could not charge my card (unknown problem). While on the phone, they attempted again and I was told that the charge is now pending. I called my bank today and they stated that the pending status was not done last night (as the agent had told me), but the authorization code was done on 3/23 which was 5 days prior to my call. It is now 3/29 and my account still has not been debited. What is going on? I tried calling today (twice), but as soon as I entered the order number in question and my phone number, a busy signal immediately sounded. Please help me!

Contact the the Qvcsocialteam@qvc.com they are wonderful and very quick to respond. They are the best customer service people that the Q has.

This is going one with me. When I asked for a price adjustment I was told that I had an overdue payment for one of my easy pays. I asked how that it automatically is charged to my cc. She said it didn't go through. I went online with my cc company and it shows pending since 3/23. I spoke with my cc company & I was told that QVC hasn't claimed it and until they do it will remain pending for 30 days. So, it is not my cc issue it is with QVC.

Your bank is correct. There was a glitch on the 23rd where easy payments were authorized but did not move to billing. We are correcting this now. I apologize for any inconvenience as you certainly were not overdue.
