Allow us to cancel orders in a more timely matter! This company doesn't care about customers,it only cares about making money!!!!!
I'm thinking of closing my account! Who really needs QVC anymore?????
Shipping takes too long.........
Crediting returns too long.......
Shame on QVC! It is not a shopper friendly company!
Who needs it........NOT ME!!!!!!

Of course making money keeps them in business like any other business. It could be more customer friendly. I've had a couple recent orders cancelled by them for no given reason. At least I was never informed of a reason.

I never understand the threat to "close my account". Why not just quit watching or shopping, if that's where you're at?

Agree with poster - "I'm gonna close my account". Just stop watching and buying if you're not happy. There is at least one such posting every week - why tell us - tell CUSTOMER SERVICE.

There needs to be a set rule on cancelling orders. Such as HSN gives you until midnight of the day the order was placed.

@MalteseMommaHaven't you made this same complaint in the past? Seems to me I've read this before although I wouldn't swear it came from you.
If it did come from you, maybe you need to stop ordering at least until you know the company's policies so you won't get caught in one you don't like.
You do get to choose where you shop though. Sounds as if HSN is better for you. I'm not going there - my last several purchases were fair to poor, so my money goes elsewhere.

@MalteseMomma. Of course QVC doesn't want you to cancel orders! Not only do they lose business but its an inconvenience for the order fillers. You're naive if you think they are a compassionate corporate giant. They are not a social service agency. They're in a cut-throat business to make money. It's your responsibility to make sure you want the item as ordered before you pull the trigger and place the order.
