I've been a customer of QVC for approximately 30 years. I 'KNOW' how the ordering process works. I have found that often times, when I order a product, either by phone or online, that when I request the product be purchased in FULL PAYMENT, it shows up in my ordering status as being purchased on the 'EASY PAYMENT PLAN' ! I have brought this to the attention of QVC before, to no avail, obviously. Last night, I made a phone purchase and was VERY CAREFUL not to buy the product on the easy payment plan - and lo and behold, this morning, when checking my order status online, it states that it was purchased in 3 payments ! THIS IS SO NOT ACCURATE ! I'll be calling QVC customer service this morning about that. Something is definitely wrong - and it's NOT MY ERROR !
