Just a FYI.........I noticed today a pair of Susan Graver Crop Pants had been discounted from the $44.00 I paid a few days ago to a "sale clearance price" of $40.00.  I contacted QVC via Chat and was advised they do not do price adjustments for "sale clearance" priced items.    Oh well......it was worth the try.

I understand wanting to save $4.00 but I see their point too. It would cost them more than $4.00 to pay an employee to handle the transaction for you to get your money back. If they credited everyone who asked for a few dollars that could be a full time job for an employee.

I look at it this way. When I decide to make a purchase it's because I'm okay with the price, or else I never would have bought it. 

The days of price adjustments was a nice customer relations perk, but I expect more and more retailers doing away with it. Especially those retailers that are really struggling.

I just spoke with customer service -- bought a Quacker Factory dress 4 days ago that was on sale and it's further reduced today – they will not make a price adjustment. A very disappointing new policy from QVC not to honor price adjustments within 30 days if the item was already on sale.

I have been told so many different stories from CS.  The last I was told was if the item was regular price and goes on sale I could get the adjustment.  They won't do it on something purchased on sale and then clearance price.

I made several purchases from the fall sale on Sunday and then on Monday everyting was free shipping.  I called customer service as soon as they opened tne the wonderful customer service person refunded me all my shipping charges from the day before.  It did not seem to be a problem for her.

Today I was told there are no price adjustments unless your size and color are still in stock. WHAT? Aside from all the other rules, there will never be a situation where you can get an adjustment.
