so many issues! It's exasperating, wrong color subbed on same order, ordered (3) IM jeans at high price & today sale price, they tell me they will ck with easy pay dept & it could take 5 days. I call bs, how likely is it, my request will be denied. I am told they will no longer honor price change adjustments even within the 30day period they once did. Btwn the higher prices & all the separate shipping & handling, I've decided to no longer bother with QVC. I've been a long time customer & have spent tons, way to go, QVC, your loss.

I just got a price adjustment earlier today. I would call CS back and check on that.

I called for two price adjustments yesterday. I think someone gave you incorrect information.

@piperbay That is interesting, there was a thread a while back where posters said QVC was no longer offering price adjustements.

I read your post. Eventually the CS rep didn't explain the complete reason that your adjustment would be delayed or your adjustment wouldn't be honored.
First, the policy regarding price adjustment will be honored on Clearance prices, but will not be honored on Clearance Sale prices. I had this explained to me a few weeks ago.
Second, if your adjustment exceeds an Easy Pay amount, QVC will take a few days to calculate new Easy Pay amounts going forward.

I can't believe it! I read everyone's replies on this issue & sure enough the person I talked to honored the price match. I swear, nobody knows what they are doing at the Q, as I got 3 different answers today & finally the solution I should've gotten to begin with.

Sure enough, for the third time today I contacted someone & now the issue is resolved, they gave me the price match. I never would've called without the responses on this thread. Thank you to all!

I don't know, they didn't explain the difference. What I bought was at regular price & then today it was at sale price, not clearance. However, third time's the charm I guess, after speaking with a CS rep & chat rep I was turned down, but then I called again & they corrected & did the price match. It was a pretty substantial amount & they did have to deal with the easy pay issue, but I'm good with that. Thanks again.

Yep, QVC is becoming more and more difficult in my mind and experience. The prices go down and up again.....so how are we supposed to determine how "clearance priced" things are? I ordered something, still processing, price dropped and I was denied price adjustment! It's becoming too much trouble and I won't be ordering much. Regular stores will honor price reductions for 30 days and now QVC will not. They seem to be appealing to the "Over 50" customer more and more....and we are the savvy ones who will price compare and will not order out of loyalty.....I hope they wake up and figure out what their frugal cost denial is going to cost them......and I've been ordering for a long, long time. Sad

You mention regular stores do price adjustments. Qvcis not a regular store, they are online only. Amazon does not do price adjustments and neither do many online sales. Brick and Mortar may but you have to go into the store with your receipt. It's very different. It's hard to know if brick and mortar stores reduce prices on something unless you go into the store and see it on clearance
