Please see the thread in suggestion box about suddenly having to sign in constantly.  Do you have a answer?..

          @KathyPet, specific to the iPad problem you mentioned in the other thread...  I've noticed if I close the Safari app multitasking in background I do have to sign in again.

 

           Take a look in your "Settings," under "General," and tap "Background App Refresh."  Be sure it's turned off.
