I have several cards I use with QVC and only ONE is a debit/bank card.  They took out an extra payment from this one debit/card.  It took them weeks to refund the payment and they put it in my regular credit card not the bank card which I still do not know why they did this.

Yes correct, I use a debit/bank card and a non bank/debit regular basic credit card.  They put the funds in the non debit card.  I made my purchase with my bank/debit card that they did not refund to that account.  Instead they put it in my credit card account instead.
