QVC customers and a TRACFONE number

Do you have a dedicated number for your customers as I am having issues with a phone and these people are incredibly dumb.

I've never found the CS reps for Tracfone "dumb" or anything like it.  In fact, most of the reps have college degrees.  Having difficulty understanding their accents (as some people have said they do) does not make them dumb.  They speak English; not many of us speak their language.  I think it's incredibly unkind to call them "dumb".

 

I read your other thread and am not sure why you're having trouble activating your phone.  I've been with Tracfone for 15 years now and have never had a problem.  The latest one I got (the last TSV), activated within minutes; almost immediately, in fact.  I also transferred all my info within about ten minutes.  I did everything online without a hitch.

 

Good luck finding a dedicated number for QVC customers; not sure one exists.

 

If you continue to have trouble, return the phone to QVC while you still can and buy from a retailer who can help you on site.
