QVC customer service is has become a huge ZERO!

Until QVC does something to improve their customer service I have zero confidence shopping with them and I have been a loyal customer for 20+ years.  I purchased an item on April 25.  They "shipped" my order on April 28, but the package never arrived at UPS.  By May 8 there hade been no changes to the tracking and my package had not been delivered.  Normally this would not be an issue, I would call or email customer service and they would resolve the issue.  Over 10 days I have called 3 times (on hold for almost an hour) and no answer.  I have also emailed them 3 times and still no answer. On May 15 the package tracking changed to read, "Void information received."  Still no response from QVC Customer Service.  I've cancelled my wait list orders and paused my auto-delivery plans. You might blame this on COVID-19, but the truth is the QVC's Customer Service has been getting slower and slower long before COVID-19. QVC's good customer service is a thing of the past.

contact qvcsocialteam@qvc.com......they usually get back to you quickly.

 

if you have facebook you can do a facebook chat via messenger. they answer fairly quickly also.

Let’s not blame QVC, companies all across the globe have been very much slow down. It’s very simple, people cannot overdrive/overwork for our immediate orders these days. Some of them have even been terminated from their job. 

I am a strong believer that shortly, we shall be happy again, let’s have some patience and our orders will come at our door.

 

we need to keep this country strong, so we need to buy things as we are able to do whithout overspending.

lets always recall that when ordering from various places, enthusiasm is high, let’s keep it that way ladies, business is very slow not only in America but the whole world is in it.

 

lets stop bombarding QVC, our parcels will come soon!

sure has ,customer service has been making mistakes on alot of my orders for the past 6 months I am going to start shopping with SHOP LC they are 100 % better and everything on Friday is $9.99 and under and I have gotten beautiful sterling sliver rings and sooo many other thi ngs also on Tues  ,they also feed a child in the USA and in India on every single sale and customer service is wonderful, I have been with QVC from day one and am getting sick of them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing is normal right now.  People need to understand that not every company - or vendor - is open.  Or they may be just partially open. Lots of companies furloughed employees. Manufacturers were not able to ship a lot of products for a while.  All this slows things down.  As things open and businesses catch up, things will get better but it'll take time.

I agree! I ordered on 4/21 and given delivery dates of 5/1, 5/8,5/18 and all customer can tell me not shipped due to Covid-19. They QVC should stop all shows all sales until they can ship less than 30 days. Have received shipments from other retailers no issues. What has happened to QVC?

I agree with the poor CS.  This company used to be so much better but they have been having issues for quite awhile now.  (pre-covid)  Granted I do not expect my packages right away and have no problem waiting, within reason!   Funny how so many other online retailers are getting their packages out and delivered.

Better for you and those with like thinking to just stop buying here and leave the majority of those shopping and who do not feel that way shop for what they want here!!!   I have purchased many things here in the past few months - some came quickly and some were delayed (never near as long as 30 days)but everyone by now should have read all the statements posted on just about every website about unavoidable delays in shipping.  Anyone  who reads that and knowlingly still orders, ignores that statement then gets angry and unreasonable with demands to QVC are the ones at fault!!  The only issues I have had here are that at some point in the process UPS sent packages to the wrong post office in the opposite direction of where I am.  Definitely not QVC's fault so I will wait for things I do not need urgently anyway!!
