A while back, I received a letter *snail mail' from the Q...stating that I should not have to pay return shipping for a cancelled order...only problem was, I had already returned the item and was charged returned shipping. Now I have two cancelled orders sitting here...that I will be returning. QVC is NOT anywhere near what it once was in so many ways...and that's so sad.

Totally agree! The shipping in the last few months has been horrendous! The Smart Post/Fed Ex situation is NOT working. The website is also so user unfriendly. I used to shop exclusively at the Q but have now explored other online retailers. The Quality, Value, and Convenience are just not what they used to be!
