That’s the message I get when I try to check on the shipment of my order. For a couple of days, that’s the message I get. Interesting thing is I can order with no problem at all. That part works just fine.

have you tried clearing your cookies and rebooting?

You posted no system info for Q's IT department to help.
Are you using a computer or mobile device?
If computer, Mac or PC?
Which OS are you using - comp?
Which iOS are you using - mobile device?
Which browser & version are you using?
What troubleshooting efforts have you tried? Need this info to avoid the "been there done that" scenario.
Have you tried switching browsers?
Tried restarting?

@Mz iMac Mobile device, iPhone, Safari. And I’m on low battery. Need to recharge. And have lots of stuff to do. My order will get here when it gets here, I’m not gonna worry about it. Thanks for your help. 🙂

I am getting the same message on both my iphone and my desktop (using Edge). I was trying to check the status of my order.
My iphone uses the app, so not the browser.

even if you are using a phone or tablet you should always clear your cookies on those also.
@cosmic1just checked my order status using the EDGE
browser and there are no issues for me.

What is interesting is that I checked the status on some other items that had a UPS tracking code and they came up fine. It is one that does not have a UPS tracking code that throws the error. The UPS ones usually start with 1Z....
It's probably just a bad error that is misleading. Non UPS tracking codes must not be trackable.

@cosmic1The order I'm trying to check has a USPS tracking number. When I checked some with the UPS tracking, they came up...no problem. Of course they're already delivered, so it's information I don't need.
So you must have hit on something. UPS tracking shows, USPS doesn't.
It doesn't seem to matter...iphone, laptop; edge or mozilla.
