There may be an issue with your payment since you had two pre-auth with no room left on card is what it sounds like. Check it out.
When I ordered my LG OLED TV several years ago not from Q my order was held up. The Credit Union wanted me to verify I was making the purchase since it was $1500. They called DH's cell but he didn't answer because we didn't know who it was.

There is the possibility that it's a poster unaware of industry standards when it comes to using debit cards.
The hold would have been placed regardless of the shipping change. When using a debit it can impacts those needing access to those funds. That's why I don't understand people not wanting to use a credit card, especially a card that gives you some type of cash-back or reward points.
I wonder if there's an added layer of caution on QVC's part if this is a first time customer attempting to buy a high ticket item using a debit with Easy Pay.
I wonder if ALL the OP's followers are interested in the outcome.

Every year we go through this with people trying to buy video games and equipment, just like clockwork. There obviously was a credit card problem of some sort.
One thing's for certain, we can't fix it as we're just a bunch of customers.

I just don't get all the threats before a company has a reasonable chance to sort something out.
And "I'll tell all my followers"? How many is that? Are you someone we should know? SMH.
Right now, I'm overdue for a refund from another company, but so far I haven't made any threats. I've emailed them and will wait for a response. If I don't get that, then it's time to report the company. (I don't have any followers.)
