I Purchased a Veranda Living 84" Round Indoor/Outdoor Rug last June 6th! It is June 12th today, and it is still IN PROCESS! EDD is June 13th, and you expect me to receive this on said EDD or even a day after???? I called Customer Service a total four to five times last week and this week! They could not CANCEL the order, neither could I cancel my order.....They could only tell me that it is still in Process....UNTIL I told them to call your QVC WAREHOUSE and ask what is happening with my order! Never got an email or a call what has happened to the order placed last June 6th. All they keep saying is " I'm sorry for the inconvenience'!!!! Goodness gracious! I am very much disappointed, that you place an order...it is still in process after many days....no call, no mail, no call back from the complaint you have made! So, up to this moment, MY ORDER is STILL IN PROCESS!!!! After calling Customer Service and still no solution, I had to go write this here, HOPING QVC would read it and find out what has happened to my ORDER! Or better yet, PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER TODAY!
