QVC Please Take Care in Packaging

Please take note customer service: I received the JAI bracelet, item #353009.  It's a beautiful bracelet, and I left a five star review.  I was so thrilled with the bracelet, I forgot to comment on how unhappy I was with the way it was sent.  JAI packaged the bracelet well and it comes in a beautiful box.  The box is not flat, it is tall.  QVC sent it out in a mailing envelope, which was not a good fit. When I received it, the envelope had a large tear in it that was almost the full length of the envelope, and the top of the JAI box was damaged.  Thankfully the bracelet was not damaged.  This is a $900 bracelet.  It should not have been put in a flimsy mailing envelope. The JAI box should have been placed in a larger box for mailing to minimize any damage.
