QVC Please Fix the January Easy Pay on Request

It doesn't seem to be working.  Several people have reported difficulty.  I am sure all would appreciate it if someone could fix the problem..

Thank you @pugsmom, I will be happy to pass it on to our to our management team. We haven't seen many complaints. Try changing your browser and clearing your cookies, that may help.

I don't think the problem is what browser your using.  Whenever I have tried to use my easy pay on request, it nevers works and I have used many different browsers.  I always have to call CS to have a rep apply it.
