If you have an A-D & can't read what is in the next shipment (when each shipment varies) are you going to purchase it with out any information??? If you receive it & are not happy with it -wouldn't you have liked to have made an informed decision before buying???

Posting once in customer care would have been sufficient, @Natalie1H but this is what I do. When the item is available the future auto deliveries can be seen. I take a screen shot of the info so I can review closer to the shipment to decide if I want it. You have to take some responsibility for your own purchases.
