Going on 10 days "IN PROCESS" for my D&C beach pants that are supposidly in stock. Wow...10 days (probably will be even more) to put some pants in a bag and ship? What a way to run a business.

@Annabellethecat66 - So you are no longer ordering from QVC now?

CS is now becoming argumentative/rude regarding shipping issues. I’ve experienced two negative chat sessions, recently. This seems very unusual, has something changed?
It concerns me that my orders remain in “processing”, until the day before, they are scheduled to be received. Sometimes, they’re not shipped until after the EDD. I know that this is a well-known problem. However, the attitude change among CS agents, has me worried.
Prior to the email disclosure to customers about shipping issues, I was able to get the shipping fee, refunded (if the order arrived late). Well, not anymore. The CS agents I encountered in chat, don’t care how long after the EDD, the order arrives. I’m being told to simply, pack it up & send it back, for a full refund. Is this new policy? Harsh.
It’s like QVC saying to customers: deal with it, or shop someplace else. Trust me, I’m looking elsewhere. I wish JM would offer those 19oz tubs of body butter, on the brand website (that would be sweet).
What’s up QVC? No love anymore.
Update: I contacted CS by phone this time, and spoke with two different agents. The first agent, instructed me to return my orders that arrived after the EDD, for a full refund (no shipping refunds). The second agent, apologized and stated that this is “not QVC policy”. Shipping refunds are still being considered and applied. Customers are also being provided “courtesy account credits”, for the inconvenience. Take away: CS agents are willing to help, it just depends on who you talk to.

@San Antonio Gal Very little now. So, I used to be like, "I want this and I want that and that".
Now I don't watch much QVC nor do I order much.
Truth is they sell the same thing over and over and I pretty much have what I want that they sell.
I finally have it in my head I can't wear most of the shoes they sell and since I mostly like Isaac's clothes....well, I have a lot of those to the point of it's embarrassing. I've run out of room for the clothes, etc.
I'm known for sending family and friends things from QVC I think they'd like. I've quit doing that too.
When my husband died, he'd always wanted me to buy myself more things and clothes, etc.; and I never did.
So, when he died I started taking care of me/myself. But (due to my back) I can't or don't travel like I used to. So, I just don't need anymore 'things'.
I don't cook, like at all, so I don't use any kitchen stuff, etc.
I'm like some other old(er) ladies here. We're actually very similar. I guess I'm just more vocal (here) about it.
So, getting back to your question, I seldom order.....

I’ve noticed something else that’s concerning. My returns have more than tripled, over the past couple of years.
I’ve been a customer for a little while. I have no returns prior to 2017. In 2017, I returned maybe, six items. In 2018, my returns tripled. So far in 2019, I’ve exceeded my previous year’s total.
The majority of my returns/exchanges occurred b/c, items were defective (previous customer returned items, goods damaged during shipping). My ordering has not fluctuated much throughout the years, I still purchase the same products and brands. I wonder if other customers have a similar experience?
The bulk of my returns started the second quarter of 2018. Shipping may be the most aggravating and pressing issue, but QVC clearly has other problems.

Amazon is offering to set up individuals in their own businesses to deliver Amazon orders.

@Drlinda wrote:It really irks me more when they say you will receive your item in a week to ten days. Such a boldfaced lie when they do not even ship for ten days.
There are so many business models that qvc can examine: Amazon, Kuerig, HSN, Chewy.com.
I can even get my dog food overnight. I am just done with this frustration. No convenience only aggravation.
happy to say i have not had this experience. it only takes a week to ten days at the MOST. most of the time it is 3 -5 days, especially recently. i am sorry for those who are having a poor shipping experience, but that has not been my experience and i order frequently.

And don't forget it you returne an item, they do not credit you for the original shipping anymore. I had to pay $12.45 to try on a pair of shoes! Not again! I won't buy anything from them anymore unless it's an absolute necessity! I'be been with them 30 years....they can keep their cheap stuff and their phony hosts!
