QVC NO MORE EXCUSES, WE’RE FED UP!

MODS Please Pass To QVC Corporate, Thank You - Three orders sitting in processing status for 10 days. This continues to go on with lame excuses and no action. It’s no wonder QVC’s revenue is down with corporate leadership that keeps giving the same tired excuses for over a year now, but can’t seem to implement solutions.

It is still horrible.  However, they have already explained, twice, that they are making changes to their delivery system.  I don’t think they meant that once they posted that statement, all of a sudden the delivery problems would be all fixed. 

 

Unfortunately, I think delivery problems will continue through the Fall this year, especially since Mary Beth Roe hinted at “distribution changes should be completed this Fall.”

 

I just cut back on my purchasing for things I need now.  For other things where I don’t really have a timeframe for them, I just relax my expectations for those.

I totally agree. My order hasn’t shipped in a week now.  I have had it!!!  I am going on vacation and this stuff will be sitting at the Post Office for another two weeks. Unbelievably bad service.

Returns are no better! I returned one order two weeks ago and I am located not far from Lancaster, PA. Still nothing- Grrrrr!

I have stopped ordering for the summer as we go on several small vacations and I wouldn’t count on my items showing up in time.I don’t want stuff sitting in the heat on my porch or announcing my absence to potential thieves.

And I was thinking about ordering a Temptations bowl this morning and read this post....NOTHING DOING NOW !   I'll find a bowl elsewhere, and probably cheaper too.

Also, what company in the world other than QVC, won’t let you cancel orders when they have been in processing for 10 days and they still don’t know when they will be sent out. QVC is trying to have their cake and eat it too at the customers expense. They think that they can keep holding on to our money and ship out our orders when ever they like, even if it takes 3 or 4 weeks. QVC, YOU WOULD BE WRONG!

The only things I am ordering now are the occasional LTS clothing items that had been on my wish list and Linea- that's it!

 

My Q card bill for May was sweet: the lowest it has been in years.

Now that Return Saver from FedEx has been cancelled and I have to pay for return shipping to try on clothing that I had to pay to ship for each and every piece I am much less likely to order. That combined with what QVC is chaging for clothing. Ridiculous!

To me they shouldn't use the word "delivery".  Seems the proper word would be "order processing"
