Chickenbutt, same exact response happen to me. Real CS can never help with questions either.

I am sorry you had this experience @Mjulnir, but I have had nothing but good interactions with "live" and "chat" CS representatives. I am sure that this time of the year they are slammed in all areas with the holiday season of shopping. If Chat had not worked in a timely manner for me, I would have kept the chat going but called at the same time. I did this with HSN one time, and it turned out there was something going on with my internet router where my speeds were really slow that night and the phone worked much quicker.
I would suggest that QVC hire temp customer service reps much like the stores do for seasonal help. I, of course have no way of knowing if they do that already, but if not it would be helpful. I hardly call them anyways, I use the app for most everything.
