QVC plus app is not refreshing properly on my Fire TV. Tried reinstalling but still not working. (My other TV apps are working fine.) Usually the QVC/HSN app updates every hour as the next hour of programming begins but instead the graphics are about a day behind.

Ive yet to exprience an issue when wstching QVC+HSN+. I had it on my living room tv most of the day Sunday so I could watch or listen to Q2 ( was not interested in 3 fashion days on QVC main). That tv is 13 years old. I have Frontier wifi  connected to tv  by  Amazon firestick.

@dbanimated, if I'm not mistaken and you want to watch the main QVC and HSN channels they should be available to view them from the Fire or Prime Live streaming. 

I never use their TV apps so I have no solution about that.

@dbanimated I am sorry you are having trouble with the QVC+ app. Are you still experiencing issues?

Thanks Barbara. It's been working fine again the last day or two and I made no adjustments, so I think it was on Q's end. Appreciate the help.
