That has happened to me a couple of times streaming QVC on Roku...I remove the channel and then add it right back and it works fine....not sure why this works but it does work Smiley Happy

@Penelope59   Yes, thank you.  Usually that does work, I've done that numerous times in the past.  But yesterday that did not work at all.  All other channels (at least the few I tested) worked fine. But the combined QVC/HSN channel paused as if it would open, but then jump right back to the home screen.  It's never done thatbefore, so hopefully it was a one time thing.

I'm using Roku and am having issues with the QVC/HSN App which when opened, returns to the home screen. Also since using Roku for a month now every show of either qvc or hsn has frozen, had to reload or repeated itself in 1-3 second intervals occasionally. I've removed, then added the app, rebooted the Roku device and did a factory reset. All efforts did not resolve the issues. 
There are no issues with the many other apps, channels. 
QVC, PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS AND LET ME KNOW WHATS BEING DONE TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES.

Weirdly this has been happening to me too, but only at night. When I get up in the morning it's fine. I've rebooted the roku and deleted and reinstalled the app but no luck until the next day. Hope someone can help.

Mine is doing this every night now...sometimes after midnite it might work but usually not until morning...its been the last 4 nights including right now...

edit: the rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling does not help at all...this is the only channel app on ROKU that I have this problem with...everything else works great

I'm sorry people are experiencing problems with the app! I haven't had any issues at all this week, and everything is working fine right now with the QVC app on my Roku 4.

 

For those who are having problems, be sure to post the style and model of your Roku; perhaps that will help customer service identify a common source for the issue.

Hello @Renov @Penelope59 @debram and anyone else having Roku/QVC issues, our IT tech team has asked the following because they are tracking the information so anyone that may still be having issues with QVC and Roku. We submitted the inquiry here and they are asking if anyone is still having issues can you share the Roku device/model and the operating system they're on.  That can all be found under: Settings à System à About.  Having this info would be really helpful. I have a Roku 3. Today the QVC/HSN app keeps reloading very slowly. Did not have this problem last time I used it a couple of weeks ago.
