I looked at my credit card statement again today, and yet again QVC has billed me for an item I canceled on 5/20/2020 and received ermail confirmation on 5/20 of the cancellation. QVC has put through this order again on June 19th. This is the 5th time they have put through the same order since it was canceled.
I have contacted QVC 8 times----email and telephone. It is important to note that QVC has not answered one email sent to customer care in 30 days. NOT ONE.
I hjave now no choice but to escalate the issue to the FDIC as QVC will not stop charging, using a monetary instrument fraudulently, despite numerous attempts to contact them.

And also it is sometimes a long time before returned things vanish from the easy pay list too. You can still be paying on things returned.
I am making payments on pants not shipped for at least 6 weeks, but I'm paying and can't cancel.

Hi--thank you for responding, they keep putting through the same order. They just put it through again a couple days ago. It was canceled a month ago. They will not respond to emails or rectify over the phone. I get "we will investigate"---then crickets.

Why not just call your credit card company and dispute the charge? That's the first thing I would have done.

You are right. After being with QVC for 20 years, I guess I was hopeful they would take care of the issue. I was wrong.

@Donna0303 First, the FDIC won't get involved, don't waste your time.
Second, this is the best way to contact the Mods and Social Team who handle this kind of thing;
