I just want to say I appreciate Q's customer service.  I have had good experiences. I appreciate their helpfulness and accessibility.

Most of the time I have received good customer service too.  I much rather send an email to the social team than to call customer service, which I have not done for probably over a year.

I have always had a positive experience with customer service.  Always friendly.  Always helpful.  Never have had a rude representative.  They may not always have the answer but they have always done their best to help me.  As you may guess I have called a lot more in the past 2-3 years that all the 25 years prior.    "Always" ...LOL!
