[Hoping for the best]

Tried multiple times to reach QVC Customer Service... The lines disconnect each time.  Cannot get through

What is going on?  Also so many items are delayed or suddenly backordered.  My guess is QVC is selling items that are not even in their warehouses yet.

Phone lines are one thing. At least leave a message of technical difficulty if there are phone issues instead of constantly cutting off customers.    Email is not always responsive, Chat takes too long.

Yes, delays are being caused by transportation and supply chain shortages.  According to the latest report issued by US Intelligence this week, this and many other pandemic repercussions could last for years.   Better get used to it. 

FYI the above email does work and it isn't unreliable or slow.

@Hoping for the best You're mistaken about this particular email.

There are tons of posts praising the speed with which the social team responds.

It's up to you. If you DO want a response, send the email.

Same, 5 phone calls for a customer service rep and I just get disconnected. Even Chat Live doesn't bring any CS online. Frustrating.

i use the email all the time with EXCELLENT response times.

i also use facebook messenger to message QVC. they are also pretty quick to respond, answer questions, handle issues.

just called 18003451515 and pressed "0" and got a customer service representative right away.....no wait at all.
