Things are definitely a little wonky here (again) today.
I'm using an iPad with Safari and couldn't place an order until I cleared my history completely. Even then, when I got to the final page to click to actually place the order, I first got an error message. I tried clicking again and it went through.
I did get an order number and email confirmation, so I know it worked.

This is so bizarre, what's going on??? I also am having difficulty with my local cable and my computer, weird day for sure.......

I can watch it but I can't order anything. I can't even access my wishlist says it's unavailable.

Dan just announced on the air (watching "QVC over the air" - it works) that they are having "internet" problems. He said their operators are working from home and need to sign into QVC's internet in order to work (take calls). So calling in orders isn't working either.
They are losing some big money today. What a nightmare for them. Like pouring gas on flames.

Does anyone know if the phone automated ordering line is working?

Cannot search for items on the website -- "website unavailable."
Cannot access Wish List to purchase items.
Cannot see video of "item on air"
Apparently there a widespread problem impacting lots of TV programming, not only QVC. At least I know now that QVC knows there's a major problem and are trying to get it fixed.

They knocked out my "Saved for Later." Gone.
I'd been able to add items from it to my cart, but when I added another item from a product page, it deleted those items and all I had was the last product I'd added.
They sure are making HSN look good. FS yesterday there, completely smooth process. Since this is the second FS day on QVC I've seen with this kind of malfunction, I have to assume they simply lack capacity. They are losing a lot of sales.

i guess it must have been fixed. The on air from cable is working, and I was able to add an item to my car at the sitet and proceed through checkout until time to submit order. I had no desire for the item so I didn't take it the full way. My saved list and wish list are gone, however.
