So, i bought something with the total of $134.82. It was only two orders of the same sweater, different colors for my grandma and she didn't like it. Each was priced at about $58.84. They recieved my return on the 19th and i finally have about $64.41 back on my card today. It says my refund total should be $121.87. So simple question is where is the remaining $57.46? Does it take time for the refund to transfer back into my account? Thank you.
EDIT: Yes, i just wanted to ask here. I had the same problem on HSN and there was an employee that answered me right away so i had thought maybe it was the same here.
I did not use easy pay, i paid everything full price. I did use the Q-return label and i sent everything back in the same bag it came in. Sorry i just wanted to ask if anyone on here had the same problem as me at all before asking customer service. Thank you for taking your time to answer my question! I really appreciate it!

Were the orders on Easy Pay? If so, only the amount you've paid so far will be refunded. The amount refunded suggests that perhaps the items were on 2 easy pays.
If not, did you send the items back separately? Perhaps the refund for one of the items is still pending.

The logical thing to do is call customer service. You are questioning other customer who cannot see your account. People are often confused when the used easy pay and only get a refund of payments made. They also deduct original shipping and return shipping if you used the pre-paid label.

Did you use easy pay? It may be the refund of the first easy pay

I agree. I think people should always call customer service. They are the only real people who can answer the questions and/or refund money, etc.

It sounds like you purchased on easy pay. Like others said, only customer service can look at the details.
Deduct the shipping cost on both sweaters. Did you use the q prepaid label? Did you send back in one bag or two? If two and you used the q label, deduct the price of the label twice. If once, then deduct once.

Qvc has started to charge each item return shipping, even if one label used with multiple items in one box. It's been brought up a few threads the past couple months. I've seen some say they didn't use a label and paid on their own, but still got charged the return fee. I read this in a deleted thread in jewelry.

I checked on your order and the $64.41 was released to your card on 9/20 and then the $57.46 was released on the 21st, so you should see it on your account tomorrow. Hope that helps!
