Q - you've been sleeping all night

and your site is still asleep with so many functions not working.  customer satisfaction is becoming quite the problem.

Agree, the website goes round and round but it won't allow access to anything! So Stupid! 1st re-runs for 5 hours of the SAME product and now this.

Just came back online at 7A and now they're totally gone - they're not making money if comsumers cannot see anything, nor what's to be on via the program guide.

 

Moving on to another online shopping channel.

The search engine was messed up most of yesterday - thus shopping curtailed! Seems there are still issues this morning.

@roeroe1005  LOL!  While they're at it fixing their IT department, they need to look at their producers as well. Q going downhill.
