Q doesn’t give you the price listed!

I was watching Q2 and wanted to order an item but the price came up $3 higher. I called CS and she said that price expired.
WHATS THE SINCE IN WATCHING Q2 IF THEY DONT HONOR THE PRICES LISTED?

If you were watching a prerecorded program on Q2, there's a disclaimer that is shown periodically that says prices may have changed.  When they're showing a tape of an old show, there's not much they can do about the information given.
