The emails we receive when someone has answered a question we asked has been BROKEN for 1-2 YEARS!!! I have done chats, phone calls, posted numberous times on this site and nothing has been done. No link opens, regardless of device - Android phone, numerous Apple products, Windows PC, both Good Chrome and Safari browsers. Many other people have posted about the same thing. I have even posted a photo of the "OOPS" message that appears when you click on the "answered question". By the time I receive an answer to my question, I never have any idea of what item the question was even about, so no way to ever see answers. It is ridiculous that this technical problem has not been addressed for so long.

Perhaps we should just assume this notiication service no longer exist and forget about it.

@Kachina624 @It's the same for me and many others. IT needs to either fix it or get rid of it. I was just about to contact the social team about it. I have already contacted mods here that have said they would psss the issue on to IT. That was six months ago. This is a promotional link to enhance sales. You would think that QVC IT would be highly interested in correcting this problems. Do you have the email for the social team?

@AreYouSure @You are not alone. I have contacted the moderators here and I was told they would be letting IT know about it. I when I have also been trying to let moderators know the problem still exists I have not heard back from any moderator about my posts so I am going to contact the QVC Social Team via email. I have taken screen shots of the emails and the page that says OOPS. You might want to try the same way of notifying them. There is no other way to notify QVC of website problems, except by calling Customer Service and verbally describing your issue to an agent. @Mindy D It seems pretty obvious, they HAVE gotten rid of it. The mods can only report it. Normally when they report something, it gets fixed. There's got to be some reason why this can't be fixed or it would have been done. QVC's system is antiquated and there's much they either can't do or if they do it, it causes more serious problems. There's no point in nagging the mods about it as they're aware of the complaints.

@Kachina624 @They need to get rid of the email and they need to change the website to not say they will email us when we get a response. They need to finish the job and check their work.
Just now, I clicked on the Forum Standards page and I got a big "OOPS" from that.

@AreYouSure - I, too, have received broken links for the past several months, but earlier last year, I was still getting messages with functional links in them, so this definitely hasn't been going on for even a year. However, it is certainly frustrating.

@AreYouSure I just posted a similar complaint in another forum where someone was complaining about not being able to access reviews. The Q has the absolute worst website for a company this size. They need a real overhaul of their ain't folks or update their software.

@Kachina624 I think they should fix it or stop sending emails and or eliminating the ability to ask questions. Or perhaps listen to customer complaints and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!
