My 9/14 TSV order has been in process for six days now! What is going on? Ridiculous!

I can top you. Placed order on 8-16 in process since 9-5. Item recently appeared as available. Questioned qvc social team if my order could ship out of this stock since I did not want to reorder at a higher price. Told my order had an internal status and was heading for the truck. My order should be updated soon. Today I see the item is not available and my order is still in process.  Don't know if I will get it or not
