For the second straight day, when I've been away from my house and tried to access the forums on my phone (iPhone 6), I've gotten the "you've been banned" message (see screen shot below that I took on my phone today). Yesterday I just gave up and when I got home it worked fine.
Today, when it happened again when I was out, I tried an experiment. I was using my cell connection and got the banned message. When I switched to the restaurant's WIFI connection I had no problems at all accessing the forums.
So.....QVC......I think you've potentially got a problem when people try to access the forums using a cell connection instead of WIFI. Of course, I have no "scientific" data to back that up, LOL, but when I used WIFI I got in with no problems. When I used just my cell connection, I couldn't get in. Just wanted to report it.
