I received a Laura Geller palette yesterday, and one of the bronzers was broken and makeup dust was all over the box and in the envelope. The padded envelope was ridiculously thin...no way it offered enough protect for this somewhat fragile item!

 

Upon reading the reviews, I discovered that several others had the same problem, and I imagine there will be a lot more.

 

I re-ordered the palette, and will return the one I received as "defective". I expect, as per QVC policy, not to have any hassle over getting a complete refund, including all shipping charges.

 

If the new one arrives broken, I will return it also, and NOT re-order!
