My husband ordered a QVC e gift card for my Christmas stocking on Saturday, never received the email with the e-card, but his credit card was charged for it. He tried online chat to find out what was going on, and was given a phone number to call for problems with e cards. He tried calling on Saturday, got voicemail and left several messages. He also tried calling today with the same result.

Then he tried calling the regular Customer Service number with a very negative result. The rep he spoke to said that QVC had nothing to do with ecards, that my husband had ordered it from another website, and he could not help him. He must have repeated that four or five times. My husband ordered it through the QVC website, that banner was on the top of the home page for days! He would have had no clue as to how to order it otherwise! My husband asked to speak to a supervisor to see if someone knew the hours of the other department, and of course, no supervisor was available. The rep was very unhelpful, and basically told my husband he did not know anything. It was not a pleasant conversation to overhear.

My husband will have to dispute the charge on the credit card, as there is no order showing on his account, and no email with the e gift card in his mailbox. And no e gift card in my stocking, lol.

I guess whatever department is in charge of the e cards is taking today off! If any mod wants to offer a helping hand, it would be appreciated.

  Thanks!

Hi @cotto22

I am so sorry to hear you and your husband had such troubles with the e gift card.  The egift cards are handled for us by CashStar, but you should have received the confirmation from them.  Please email your gift card order information to us at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and we will be happy to try to assist you.
