I'm trying to print a return label on line. When I click the Continue button, which should take me to the label to be printed, I am redirected to a page to apply for the Q card. This has happened three times in a row. 

How can I get to the return label from the Continue button?

have not tried to do this

but

try a different browser

turn off pop up blocker

clear cache

restart computer

if there is a different computer in your house try that

@Day1128  I had to print one out this morning and had no problems doing so.  If you still continue to have issues and there is not an option that allows you to skip past this offer,  just call CS and they'll send you one via email.   You can also contact QVC online to report the problem under Contact Us. 

Frustrating, but easily fixable.  Good luck.

I encountered difficulties also.  Had to SAVE PDF to desktop and print label from there.  

Hopefully, they fixed the problem.

I've been getting stuck on the credit card page a lot lately.  I back out and try again.  I eventually works.
