Price drop while still in processing

I’ve read on here that if an item purchased has a price drop after the purchase that you can get a credit for the difference. Is that still available, and what is the grace period? I purchased two items that were on sale, and a day later the item dropped in price by $5. I purchased them on 6/12 and they are still “preparing order.” Since they haven’t shipped can I receive the difference as a credit?

You have 30 days from date if purchase to request an adjustment, however, you cannot request it until the item ships.  Call CS after it ships with the order #.
