I just noticed that a pair of sandals I ordered a few days ago have a price drop now.  My order is still in process.  Can I call CS and get a credit for the difference?

My experience is they can't adjust the price until it ships...but I always email the Social Team about the price drop so I can go on 'record'.  Sometimes prices change daily!

 

The answer is usually to contact them again once it has shipped.
