I understand the 30 day policy of returns and credits, however twice now this summer I have purchased jewelry to find it reduced 32 or 33 days later,    most recently item #J330857.  Really quite dissapointed in your practices , even a partial credit would be nice.

About 2 months or so ago, I purchased a Phow & Hearth set of 2 planters that were then reuced by $5 from what I paid within about 3 days after I ordered them. I did contact CS and was given a price adjustment on the item, no arguments. After all, it is the right thing to do.

Q has been flexible by a day or two in the past- I got a credit on my account for items past the 30 day order date though.  I hope all went well with this transaction!

Thank you all for your help,  Alice contacted me and offered to credit me the difference.

I am so grateful for her help.  I'm not one to complain,  and would never expect them to do this all the time, but it was quite a bit of savings on the item.
