I ordered item A368240 on 9/7/20 at 9:26 pm. It is today a lunchtime special with a difference of $4.63. My order is in processing therefore I can't change it.

Hi @BoKay your order has shipped but has not billed as yet. We cannot change the order once it ships, however we can refund you the difference once it bills. When the order bills please email us at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and we will be happy to help with that.
