I ordered item A368240 on 9/7/20 at 9:26 pm.  It is today a lunchtime special with a difference of $4.63.  My order is in processing therefore I can't change it.

Hi @BoKay your order has shipped but has not billed as yet. We cannot change the order once it ships, however we can refund you the difference once it bills. When the order bills please email us at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and we will be  happy to help with that.

thank you, Alice.  How will I know when the item is billed?  When I receive the actual invoice? Please excuse my ignorance.

It will appear on your CC statement or you can call your CC company.
