I can't get ahold of customer service and I have been trying to get a price guarantee adjustment since 7/24. My email was unanswered and sat on chat for quite awhile without a response. H219634, purchased on 7/13/20 and paid $24.96. Price is now $21.00. I bought 3. On 6/29/20, I bought H219979 and paid $49.92. The price dropped to $39.92. All items have been delivered. Please apply $23.19 ($3.96 x 3 + $10.00 = $21.88 + 1.31 tax = $23.19) credit back to my Q Card. Thank you.

I am sorry that you have had trouble getting your price adjustments resolved.
I checked your order from 7/13 for 3 of H219634. The price you paid was $19.32 so no adjustment is needed.
On H219979, I have issued a refund of $10.60 to your QCard.

My mistake. I looked at the price for the stack which is on the same order and didn't scroll down. Thank you for taking care of the price adjustment for the other item. ![]()
