Hello,
What have you all found concerning price adjustments? I called in December and got a price adjustment for something I purchased in October. I assumed it was because of the extended holiday return policy. Called just now and was told it's only 30 days, 34 at the max. Girl was also not happy to be working it was very obvious. I told her I will just return the items then since I'm still within the policy if that is the case. I spend a ton of money at the Q! I'm about to return a bunch of stuff I purchased during the holiday return policy and think long and hard about any future purchases. It makes me mad because we lose so much money in shipping costs shopping at the Q. Very disappointing and will change my 15 year habit of watching and purchasing from the Q.

@jasminesmom. Price adjustments have always been for merchandise purchased in past 30 days. I don't know how you got one in December for something purchased in October because the extended return policy had nothing to do with it.

I think you lucked out on the Dec adjustment. It's always been 30 days. I've been declined an adjustment when an item went to a lunch time price. Told because that's a special sale, not a price drop. I've seen others get credited.

i have always found that they will issue a credit for the difference in price in 30 days from the date you received the item. i think that is a fairly generous policy.

I was refused a price adjustment for lunchtime special,
have received one in the past.

I've received a price adjustment many times, including 'special' pricing.
A price drop is a price drop, no matter what you call it.
