Previously recorded shows should be reviewed and any inventory that has sold out, should not be shown. Too many times recently I've watch the shows seen an item I like only to find out it's been sold out. Unfortunately most items you can't get on a waitlist when they're gone they're gone so you miss out but if they weren't there and you didn't see them  well you wouldn't want them and it wouldn't be a problem. Like right now I'm watching QB three that had Yesterdays today's special value on it they're showing all the colors but most of them are gone update them edit them do it you have to do but it's not right to show something you don't have

Re: Previously recorded shows

@Cootsie140    It is very frustrating to watch, see something you like, and find that it's sold out.  However, I can see it being too labor intensive to try to keep up with sell outs and delete them from the video.  Perhaps they should just take Q2 off the air?  I wouldn't miss the constant repeats.

Re: Previously recorded shows

Can that kind of editing be done -  removing part of a show and placing something else in that slot?  Wonder how many times that would have to be done since diffeent items, different colors sell out at different times?

Re: Previously recorded shows

HSN2 does it all of the time. If the topic for the hour is tech, they will air different segments with different hosts, all mixed in. Now, I don't know if the items are still available or not, I've never real paid attention. Sometimes the editing isn't the best, they'll cut off in the middle of a sentence and go to something else. But it's usually ok.

Re: Previously recorded shows

QVC is slowly teaching us to tune out. We are all catching on to the fact that these previously recorded shows have products that have likely sold out already. So why bother watching? Whoever is the CEO of QVC has got a quagmire on his/her hands; between the poor inventory manangement, the hard-to-reach customer service, the slow or forgotten returns for refunds, the list goes on and on. This is really serious at this point and the top management better get a hold of things before sales drop off.

Re: Previously recorded shows

I agree with so many other customers.  The fact that QVC2 is now all previously recorded shows from the main channel QVC and the product is either limited or has sold out is not good.  Also, QVC main channel is not live 24/7 anymore and that  the quality of the programming is not what it was.  I do understand that it is tough times but with so many people opting to shop from home you think that QVC would be doing a better job.  Have they gotten to big and the basic fundamentals that the company started with 30 plus years has gone away.  I am still a customer but I do feel that the Quality, Value, & Convenience which is how they got their name is going away.

Re: Previously recorded shows

QVC is living on borrowed time. I agree with EVERYONE here and have additional/some repeat comments.

1. We would watch QVC like a movie or TV show and when a product struck a chord, we would order it and continue watching until the next item got us. No more! Now multiple channels that tell us what they're a selling cause us to either tune out or get confused again tune out. Many are previously recorded which brings us to #2.

2. The previously recorded is a disaster. Items and colors are usually sold out and some Today's Special Values are usually sold out or pricing is no longer in effect. By the way, a disclaimer on your website/item page does not suffice, it just ticks us off.

3. Have ordered items in the last 6 months that say they are in stock only to get an email a week later telling me that it is back ordered (by the way, I quickly cancel the order and get ticked off once again).

4. I have seen items on previously recorded shows that star that they are sold out, only to go to the website and see that the item shows as "in-stock"!!!!!

Conclusion: We can order items on Amazon. QVC is a SHOW that is supposed to get us excited about an item and motivate us to buy it with very few hassles. It has now become an animated Amazon without knowing if the item/color is in stock and surprises after we order it.

Long time customer since the early days. QVC YOUR DESTROYING YOUR OWN BUSINESS.

Sincerely
