Preparing your order to back order, repeat

I placed an order for tsv  4/30/21 at midnight. It was not on waitlist. My order went from preparing your order to back order, back to preparing your order to back order, now preparing your order.  What is going on. I ordered 6 pair of shorts, 3 in size 8, 3 in size 10. All have arrived except the one I really wanted that is on a seesaw!
