I rarely complain about the Q I don't think I ever have however lately more times than not my order says preparing you order for a few days then I get an email stating there is a delay with the item. That's fine I understand things happen but it should let you have the option to cancel. It's not in process nor preparing to ship even though it states preparing to ship, so canceling it should be an option. This just happened again to me today and usually I am fine with it but this time I would like to cancel it. I emailed customer care and the social team 2 minutes ago so I will be curious what they say. I have never done this before so I am assuming they will say it can't be cancelled which to me there is no reason why it can't. It's been delayed 7 days out from today.

Well I just heard back from Melvin at the Social Team and he indeed put in a request to cancel it. Now I am not sure it will be cancelled but at least he made the request.

The Social Team is the best, they always try to resolve what ever issue you have. Melvin is terrific to name one but there are many more Kim Paulette Beth just to name a few.

it's the best thing the Q ever did and they are very professional and polite.
