Never.  But I can't get into my Macy's account on their website via Chrome - have to use Internet Explorer. And I can't get into "Featured Vacations" on the AAA website no matter what browser I use.

Q's IT department cannot help until you provide more details about your system.......

 

 

Which OS are you using?

 

Which version browsers are you using?  Are they up to date?

 

What troubleshooting efforts have you tried, other than switching browsers? Need this info to avoid the "been there done that" scenario.


Tried restarting?
