Re: Post Office Refusing to Accept Return Package

Sounds frustrationg!

I don't bring my returns to the post office (USPS).  Instead I bring them to a place called "The Parcel Place" which is closer to my home and they take returns for all the major carriers USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.

@haddon9    Yes, but you have to have the proper label when returning an item, which is the whole point about this subject abd post.

@Teddixat I understand that can be frustrating if you don't have the correct label and bring it to the correct shipper.

When I bring my returns to my local Parcel Place they sort it out and give the packages to the correct shipping truck.

@Glitter51 She stated she used the return label QVC provided.

I had the exact same problem. USPS won't take the return and UPS won't take the return because the label says USPS parcel return service.

Re: Post Office Refusing to Accept Return Package

On my most recent return,  I was only given the option to print a UPS label.  This has never happened to me in the past.

Re: Post Office Refusing to Accept Return Package

I tried twice to go to the UPS drop off, which is in a Hardware store. Both times they sent me to the P.O. I thought it was just a small  UPS drop off so not really in the know? That label must be confusing?? I don't need to go in very often.

Luckily, I have a mini P.O. I can use in my one and only Supermarket. I hate the PO as too busy as people still have PO boxes and the building has steep steps as built in the 1920s. I think there must be a handicapped ramp?

Yes, it happened to me.  It was a long time ago.  I took it to UPS because it was all packaged up and ready to go.

I have the opposite issue. UPS sends me to the PO. I understood label provided was either or. Since  return labels are no longer going to be provided, my call.
